Bug Description : I was trying to do 190 dungeon, casting spells and jumping around to avoid dying, when suddenly everything except the UI went black. This lasted for a few seconds. I freaked out and frantically pressed buttons, hoping I wouldn’t die.
When my view went back to normal and I could see again, I had been teleported to a distant part of the map. When I tried to run back to my party and avoid the monsters, I realized that my character was stuck facing towards the screen and my head was stuck facing the bottom left no matter what direction I ran or tried to use skills. Upon relogging, my character behaved normally again and would turn towards the direction it was going. I wasn’t using any strange addons, only the map fog and exp viewing ones.
There were, however, cryos in the party, and I was thinking maybe I got pushed through the wall by ice wall or something? My party member suggested that it might be my warpstone, but that’s not on my hotkeys and I don’t think I pressed enough buttons to accidentally access my inventory and press it while panicking…? I also don’t know if that’s where a warpstone would take me, or if warpstones work in dungeons. (Edit : Just realized I could check my inventory, warpstone is not on CD).
I was so confused, and my party members had no initial reaction, so I thought maybe my client just messed up and showed the wrong things. The monsters started trying to kill me though, so I realized that nope it actually happened, and I should run back.
Here is a picture of the general area of where I was teleported from to where I was teleported to. I don’t know exactly where I was, but those should be the general areas.
