Hi how dafuq there is already ppl to lv 200-210 and more when i just hit the lv 175 and im stuck without quest and the dg give exactly 16% xp at once ‘-’ yh maybe mercenary mission give 30% every run but dafuq every day 1 level ? any grind spot how demon district2 ??

What kind of replies do you want then? yyang_umd already stated the obvious; those players play pretty close to non-stop with very few hours of sleep.
Either that or account sharing. There are smarter ways to go about it.

im in that situation and the only alternative option is to:

look at the monsters on your adventure journal
-
some of them have a required kill count like 0/157 or 0/220
-
kill those specific monsters that amount of times to gain achievement
-
go visit the flower or wings lady at one of the main towns and she will give you exp cards for those monster achievements… if those were monsters u killed on the 16x ~ 17x maps, you will get lvl 7 ~ lvl 8 exp cards, if it were lvl 20 monsters, you will get some lvl 2 exp cards etc
This is why people saving exp cards. With lv 6-7-8 exp cards you can jump from 165-167 to 186
