if u had antivirus, what antivirus are u using? in my case i was using bitdefender and with it i was unable to play tos and download updates(win7 in win 10 the pc turn off randomly)
u can give the location of tos as safe in the antivirus if u don’t want uninstaled it

I unistalled it when I discover that was the reason because my pc turn off, blue screen, lag, oveheat and unable to update the game and worst when the antivirus updated its database
U should try another antivirus because I try everything with that antivirus and was unable to download the files
u should look this topic because isn’t the first person with that problem because that antivirus
