Amigo, tentei a solução aqui e deu certo : Simple fix for "Failed to download pak files" errors

Se tiver algum número na pasta release , você apaga e coloca o que pedem no post .
Se não souber inglês e precisar de ajuda, eu te ajudo , só falar.
