thanks hope you look forward to it coz i look forward for this reward too , actually my guildmate has the same issue cant use the potion after press enable nothing happens item is not consumed as well as skill reset is not successful
i just used my reset skill potion (got it on the first day of the event because of the bug) on my Wizard and it worked perfectly.
Were you inside a Dungeon when you tried to use it?
I remember you can’t use the potion inside instances, there should be a system message about it too, if that’s not your issue, ignore this reply.

i dunno what happened when i got the potion, i never use reset potion on dungeons haha thats logical no offense
i rcvd the potion in town so i used it in town
fixed now! thanks everyone
