Hi, does anyone know the exact number of critical rate to achieve 100% crit?
There is no exact number because mobs/bosses have Crit resist. It also increases as the levels of the maps where you go get even higher.
It depends on your level and mosnter crit resist:
Actual Critical Rate = (Critical Rate - Critical Resist) * (42 / Character Level)

If we ignore Crit Resist of monsters for now, for a Level 100 Character you would need to have 238 Critical rate for 100% crit. For a Level 200 Character you would need twice as much.
