I wanna think it’s good for tanking but I have no idea.
I moved around some skill points for you:
Notably Guardian is really bad to rank, it’s mostly used for the 18% evasion attribute which you can get with 1 point. High Guard is pretty bad even with the attributes, but you can use them for leveling C2 pelt. Butterfly I hear is really good. Umbo Thrust only needs 1 point to apply its debuff. The hoplite part of your build looked mostly good but Spear Lunge only needs 1 point for its debuff.
Consider something like this as well if you aren’t attached to pelt:
I’m not an expert or anything but it seems like everyone says C1 pelt is enough to tank so you should focus on damage after that. That dragoon build is very popular, I’m not sure if I distributed the points ideally but there’s a thread stickied with lots of great info and suggests that progression. Check it out as the person who wrote it is about infinity times more knowledgeable than me.
The issue I have with Dragoon is it more or less requires two-hand spears over one-handed, which is why I chose Peltasta and Hoplite. Though I do thank you for the builds as it’s given me some insight on what is considered good and bad for skills.
