Alright, I’ll need monks with 1 inch punch to confirm this for me.
At lv3, the DoT of the skill should be around 11 seconds but, it’s not. Can anyone confirm this in their respective characters.
You should report it as a bug. My rank 7 one inch punch is 11 seconds while listing as a 19 second duration.
Still pretty good though. Definitely skill it up over Palm Strike chance to bleed. I think it’s been doing more damage.
i want to ask something. does 1inch puch got nerfed? when watching steps pvp vid it seems like 1inch dont have cooldown while in tos base it has cooldown. can someone here confirm it?
Now that you mentioned it, I checked tosbase and notice that the cooldown for this skill for Lv 1 - 10 should be 20s.
But I recalled that at my Lv3, my skill has a 29 secs cooldown.
i saw someone using it with no CD just spamming it. im really confused @_@
Impossible.
