Since i installed Windows 10 into the Computer, the game just doesn’t work anymore. Whenever i try to open it, it just pop up the (0xc000007b) error, related to missing .DLL files (which ones i assume, i already fixed), or related to the DirectX.
Happens that Windows 10 (and mostly games) come with DirectX 12, and ToS run with DirectX 10, meaning i can’t play because i can’t really downgrade DirectX in any way possible.
Is there any way to fix this problem?
You dont need to downgrade DirectX, the latest DirectX supports all games that use any version of Direct X.
It doesn’t. I could paly the game when i didn’t had DirectX 12.

OP, have you verified the game’s file integrity with steam?
I’m running DX12 and I have no problems with the game aside from the problems we all know the game has.
Also running Win10.
If you already downloaded the missing DLL and it didn’t solve the problem I can asure you it’s not related to DX12.
