Same issue here. Feels like the login or gateway servers are not working correctly.
Quite disappointing to sit in a 1500 person queue to only be dcâd a few minutes later and be greeted with this. These technical issues are really subtracting from the hard work that the development team has put into creating the game.

Exactly. I feel like this whole drama with claiming dlc, server login and terrible lag is just killing all the appreciation this community already had for the game. After all, the frustration of not being able to play a game youâve been hypeing over for months is going to drag down the mood associated with it. Itâs such a shame, I really wanted to just enjoy this pretty game.

Press [ENTER] once and wait untill you make it to the lobby. Just confirmed with my desktop and labtop, my desktop took me about 15 min, and on my lab top about 40 min. so I guess the queue is very random
I managed to get in on Klaipeda.
Just press enter and wait until you get logged in. Worked for me.
The queue is relatively low aswell.
hmm i got to my character sreen but it only has logout and exit game
Same here, and in the lodge when i try to connect the channel, pop up the message âinvalid session codeâ.
Press enter 1 time. do not spam it. next to your mouse curser there will be an hourglass turning, if you see this then it is working. You just need to wait. if it takes more than 10 mins which it might, do not worry. Mine took 15 mins.
again just click enter once and if you see the hourglass next to the ingame cursor then it is working and let it do itâs thing. with the new release there are bound to be some hiccups and longer que times.

Right now i feel like iâm paying to test the game, this queue thing is stressfull, you wait in the queue for aobut 40 mins, then you play for about 20 minutes, some quest glitches, you switch channel or map and game disconnects you and then, gg youâre out for another 40 mins on queueâŚ
That if you make it past the login screen ofcâŚ
Poor job executed and looks like it was executed by a bunch of amateurs which canât even have countermeasures ready if things didnât go as they expectâŚ
Ok you had a boom in the sales on the last period, what kind of team isnât prepared for a greater influx than it was antecipated?
Or you guys think that low of your own game? Seriously this is killing all the interest i had antecipated for the game over the past yearsâŚ

Weâve tweaked with some settings and that should have helped a little. However, we know that it isnât a proper solution and are looking at other options, including new servers. Weâll make an announcement once a final decision is reached.
