IMC literally left the iTOS in the state of stasis for about 6 months after release. It got to the point people had arguments about future updates being different from kTOS. Then they up and decided to be like okay we lied this is just going to be dumpsterville laggy version of kTOS here is your update now buy our stuff! Pretty sure that accurately sums up the past 11 months in a nut shell.

Have you not considered that things may work the other way around?
IMC having their feature implementation in testing phase and Nexon as we all know how they roll comes to them, carrying a chunk of greenies in hand, and say: I want it now.

I don’t want to make the game more p2w then it already is.
It’s actually because Japan didn’t accept the faked/made-up war crimes forced upon them like Germany did after the war [but pshht, that’s a secret only intelligent people know; others will cause an uproar when reading this xD]. Germany became the dog of the United European Colonies (a.k.a. U.S.A.) while Japan rose up again only depending on their own ideals as far as possible without risking a new war…
This is also why the German culture perished together with the 3rd Reich [nowadays we have stupid inventors,stupid musicians and the most stupid politicians of the whole world…] while Japan has a modernized culture (i.e. the pop culture of Manga,Anime,games,etc.) that rose from the ashes after the war.
