Yes but bare in mind that an Inquisitor build lacks in mitigation tools, which a party MUST have someone to account for. The likelihood is that a build like that requires to be partied with another Cleric that can fulfill that role.
An Inquisitor build has the benefit of excellent highly relevant damage and off-heals, along with some really powerful tools like Turn Undead. Having Priest C1 is a major party play bonus and PD C1 has some interesting tools outside of Incineration.
