As for worth doing (if you mean full run), on the top of my head it’s 50, 90, 115, 130, 145, 190, 217?, 240, 290.
Almost all. I’m not sure what has changed with 160, maybe it’s worth it now. Some say 217 isn’t worth in terms of exp/hour, you’re better off grinding somewhere else with that time.

basically skip 160 and 200, do 200 if you need things from manticen cube.

50, 130, 190, 290 are the best for rushing.
Sometimes, 200 and 217.
I still rush 200 to this day.
I always seem to get at least 2 manamama a week, along with some cata recipes still worth millions. Also takes less than 5 minutes to rush solo.
