they probably need to upgrade the servers first because they cant handle the amount of compensations they need to send out.

not like i care because this game has already turned into Practonium box opening simulator 2017 for me. i quit playing after IMC’s screw up these past few days.
its not just because of the lag issues i quit though. after figuring out they purposely programmed in cheap and vague ways to ruin your mystic(practo) box opening by some dumb expiration timer (and no i didnt let it expire, its just the idea behind it). and the fact they purposely programmed in such a easy way to ruin a level290 dungeon run, which took 3 days before someone pointed out to me that my black death steam was the cause of the final boss not appearing. i just had enough of all the bullshit.

Only people who missed the reset event would need that. Rank reset had nothing to do with the DC/Lag after the maintenance. We need reset vouchers, tomes and possibly multiply token because that’s what people mostly lost during their fk up.
