Found one on ch 13 @ 12:25pm server time.The channels were closed and just opened,maybe it reseted the timers?

i can already making the quest since right now?
You can do the quest at any rank, but you have to get to fedi which is around lvl 100. To get the empty note which is the start of the quest line.

Do I have to be a Swordsman or a class in Swordsman branch in order to advance? I’m a Pyromancer now but I can take the quest normally though.
You can’t advance to Shinobi if you are not in the swordsman class path
what will happen to you if you have done this quest at rank 5? will i still become shinobi when i reach rank 7?
The quest only involves unlocking Shinobi as a choice in the advancement window dood so no real harm if you finish it at rank 5
