yes, the server in North America are a LOT more stable, but the ping is a big problem.
Never.
1- Moving a server to another region because of a DDOS attack is an excuse for mediocre company.
2- For those who blame Brazil for failure DDOS, just explaining the failure is the company hosting the server in case the Amazon.
3- All other companies have servers hosted here in Brazil, at some point receive a DDOS attack, and they all know how to deal with it and solve the situation, less IMC.
4- The delay that is leading them to “resolve” the situation and find a new location for the server, it only makes me believe that they are not doing it and are not even there for the situation.
5- We are in 2016, what kind of company can not cope with a DDOS attack?
6- They underestimated the South American market. They posted a mediocre server for all the continental region and thought this would be enough. Only an amateur company makes such kind of planning regarding their servers and capabilities.
I spend the day here listing the company’s mistakes and I know I’ll have people who will still defend it (White Knights). But even changing the server to the US, the server [SA] still has several problems, which shows once again the amateurism of the company and its inability to deal with an emergency situation.
