How to get a level 4 key???
This quest in Seir Rainforest rewards one:
You have to do the quest chain starting in Bellai Rainforest which leads you there automatically. You have to defeat the empowered version of Zaura. When I did it at lvl 91 with my archer, it was not an easy fight. It took me 3 tries and was the first solo quest boss that managed to kill me.
I used that key to get the Cat Ears recipe from the chest in Absenta Reservoir (in the spot where the flamingos fly off).
That’s Cat Ears + Maple Leaf + pink hair dye.

I’ve been hunting the Eagle Feather for a couple of days now. It’s the best looking slot 3 headgear I’ve seen thus far. Comes from Big Cockatrice in Fedimian Suburbs. Takes some time to get though, since only a handful spawn at a time, and it’s a .2% drop chance.
Thanks for the tips on how to the get the lvl4 key. I got the cat ears too yay!
