Because some people have another opinion than you - some want 1 week some want 3 months. Not everyone has the same opinion and that is a good thing.
Why the hell do you care if people want to play 3 months? How does that affect you in any way? It doesn’t, so why the hell would anyone vote 1 month?
You pay the same 50$ for 2 or 3 so i take 3.

3 months seems too much time from your point of view as a player who’s in a hurry to enjoy the game.
But if you can get more objectivity and manage to see the developer point of view :
3 months is a small time frame to ensure a successful launch when you spent more than 3 years to develop your game.
Lot of problems will arise and it takes time to fix. Remember CBT2 after 1 month the game was at its worst possible state due to mass exploit. Not even talking about the 3 first weeks of login problems.
Spliting the influx of player on a time frame is a smart idea, the more time they have to react and avoid overpopulation. The best it is for the player experience. Ensuring less people will leave out of frustration.
Marketing wise, people will be more inpatient and will most likely spend the 50$ (it’s a point you have to consider as a company, to get an income if you want to survive)
Its basic economics, $50 for 1 month or $50 for 3 months… I’d pick 3 months, because it gives me more for my bucks lol.
Poroblem all of this people dont understand it.all they want is a free game here and now. They dont understand as well that the f2p game starts at june 19 . the 3/2 months or 1 weak is how much of a head start people will get. So much thinking that if they pick one weak then its when the f2p for all will start as well.
The game has set to launch 19 june. 3 months early access means that founders can play in 22 march.
