Yeah man that -2% damage debuff on Guardian and -15% on High Guard really making you hit for 1s.

now what are these squire changes u were going on about
AoE attack ratio refreshment table buff, C3 attack skill. Penalty reduction is still a terrible idea for a skill but now it lasts for like an hour and reduces penalties by 60% instead of 5%.
