Ice Wall Compiled data<<Click here Ice Wall [Ice Magic] [Ground targets only] [Manual target tile] [Drawing placement skill] [Multi-Hit] [AoE] [Object Summon] [Unmoveable Object] [CC: Freeze] [Debuff lvl 1] [Cannot freeze bosses]

This skill will NOT hit flying enemies, however it will hit
flying bosses. Press and Hold the skill button and drag the skill targeter to
draw the icewall. Release the button to summon the wall. The amount of hits the
icewall can sustain and the amount of icewall tiles increases per skill lvl.
Double tap the skill button to instantly summon the walll in a line towards the
direction your character is facing. Each icewall tile deals damage to enemies
when they touch it (1 hit per tile), and will damage enemies each time they
re-touch it. Damages enemies are frozen for 5s. The wall duration is 15s. If an
icewall tile is hit by a Player attack or skill, it will shoot out ice shards
(3 shards per tile per hit). The shards are shot towards the direction the summoner
of the ice wall is looking. Shard can hit flying enemies. Each ice shard counts
as an extra person and generates aggro. Each ice shard deals 100% of the
wallcaster’s magical damage and doesn’t use the damage from the Ice Wall skill.
Damages enemies are frozen for 5s.

Cooldown: 65s

Casting time: depends on skill lvl and your drawing speed

Animation duration: erecting the wall takes 1.2s, does not
depend on length

Animation Cancel: No

Range: Max 16 tiles of wall depending on skill lvl, more
length with items such as ice rod.

Damage type: AoE, Ice damage

Direction: First tile is always in front of you

Amount of targets: unlimited. Ice shards use the caster’s
AoE attack ratio, and can penetrate through enemies.

Amount of hits: Ice wall deals 1 hit per tile. Ice shards: depends
on skill lvl, depends on enemy AoE defense ratio. Ice wall HP = 3 per skill
lvl.

Bonus elemental and blessing damage procs: 1 per hit, 1 per
shard

Attributes: increased fire property unlocked at pyro1

Hidden effects: Additional lines of attack (cafrisun set,
sacrament) will destroy the ice wall faster but do not generate extra shards. Ice
shard damage -50% in PvP. Each wall tile HP increases by 3 every lvl. Player
summons will not target the icewall. Enemies do not target the ice wall. Ice
wall can be linked by Joint Penalty. Ice wall is not affected by status effects
or buffs.

Skill Synergies: Sage Micro Dimension will duplicate tiles.
The skill summons an ice wall and the ice wall generates a separate magic
circle based Freeze damage aura. Ice wall Freeze damage aura can be reversed by
thauma reversi. Ice wall tiles are destroyed by Sapper’s detonate trap and
Quarrel Shooter Teardown. Runecaster ISA rune of Ice increases wall and shard
damage. Psychic pressure on Ice wall. Discern Evil, Pandemic. Frozen enemies
receive extra damage from Strike attacks.

Recommendation: lvl 5-8 for Psychic Pressure builds, or max
for PvP area denial

Snow Rolling compiled data <<Click here

Snow Rolling [Ice Magic] [Multi-Hit] [AoE 2x2] [Summon
Object] [Self Deployment] [Casting] [Casting Bar] [CC: Displacement by Snowball]
[Debuff level 10] [CC: Knockback] [CC: Knockdown] [Second-Row Self buff]
[Cannot CC bosses but will deal dmg]

The casting time for this skill is 1 second per skill level.
The duration and AoE ratio of the skill increases per skill level. Hold the
skill button to start the casting. Your casting will fail when it is
interrupted by enemy attacks or CC. Your character rolls its hands together and
gathers frost particles. Once completed, your character jumps and a big
snowball emerges at its feet. Your movement input will move your character and
its snowball. You cannot perform any other actions during this skill. Any
Knockback or other CC effects will still affect your character, and your
character is not immune to attacks. Any enemies who come into contact with the
snowball will get Stuck to it and receive damage. Enemies cannot perform any
action when they are stuck to the snowball. An enemy will receive 5 hits, and 2
extra hits per skill level (max of 15 hits) (deals 1 hit per 0.5s). After 15
hits or when the duration of your skill expires, any living enemy will fly off
the snowball in a random direction. This scatters the enemies. Scattered
enemies are considered Fallen or Knocked Down. Knocked Down enemies are unable
to perform any action until they get up.

Cooldown: 68s

Casting time: 1 second per skill level, so 1 second at lvl
1, and 5 seconds at lvl 5.

Animation duration: (casting time +) skill duration is 4
seconds + 1 second per skill lvl.

Animation Cancel: no

Range: The snowball is a 2x2 popolion moving AoE CC under
your feet.

Buff type: self, second-row (takes no buffslots)

Damage type: Ice, Magic

Direction: you can move into any direction on your snowball

Amount of targets: Depends on AoE ratio. (Base AoE of 6 + .1
per skill lvl. + 3 base wizard AoE)

Amount of hits: 5 hits + .2 per skill level. Max 15 hits
during its full duration. Deals 1 hit every 0.5s. An enemy will receive less
hit depending on the time you need to move to its location.

Bonus elemental and blessing damage procs: once per hit

Hidden effects: The Snowball is an object and named Snowman.
The Snowball will pick up any targets, including Pyromancer’s Fireballs. The
fireballs will deal damage during their ride on the Snowball. However, this
costs AoE attack ratio. (PvP) When a Sapper (archer tree) summons Stake
Stockades, Stake Stockades acts like a wall to Cryo3 snowball. It cannot be
picked up and basically blocks the cryo from coming near you AND damages them when
they touch it.

Skill Synergies: Surespell and Quickcast apply to this
casting skill. When your character is invisible, it will remain invisible
during the snowball ride. This effect is lost when you deal damage with your
snowball.

Recommendation: as high as possible, max

Electrocute compiled data <<Click here

Electrocute [Lightning Magic] [Casting] [Multi-Hit] [AoE
bounce] [Targeted] [Frontal]

You must face the enemy to use this skill. Hold the skill
button to cast the skill. You cannot move during casting. Once completed, your
character’s hands will glow with electricity. A line of electricity flies to
the enemy which is the closest in front of the character. The lightning will
continue to bounce to each enemy in range and deal damage. Each enemy is hit 4
times + 1 per bounce to another target. The first enemy receives the most
amount of hits, the last enemy receives 4 hits. The amount of enemies hit is
increased per skill lvl.

Cooldown: 33s

Casting time: 2s

Animation duration: (casting time +) 0.3s to generate electricity
at your hands, lift them, and then shoot the electric bolt

Animation Cancel: Yes, jump after the electric line has left
your hands.

Range: max 7 popolions. Bounce is max 5 popolions between
enemies.

Damage type: Lightning Magic

Direction: towards the direction the character is looking

Amount of targets: depends on skill lvl, max 9 targets at lvl 14.

Amount of hits: 4 hit
per target + 1 per bounce to another target. For example, if you have 6
targets, the first target gets 9 hits, the second target gets 8 hits, the 3rd
target gets 7 hits, and so on… the sixth (last target) gets 4 hits. Easier
example: 2 targets. The first target gets 5 hits, the second target gets 4
hits. So max hits on the first target (with 9 targets available) at skill lvl
14 = 12 hits.

Bonus elemental and blessing damage procs: once per hit

Attributes: The
freezing damage attribute is unlocked at ele1

Skill Synergies: (has this been removed yet?) Joint Penalty
will cause all enemies to receive the amount of hits the first target gets +
the amount of hits the second target gets + …

Linker Joint Penalty extra lightning damage attribute,
Cryomancer extra lightning dmg on frozen enemies attribute, electrocute’s own
attribute + Hail freeze from elementalist 2, Electrocute on enemies when it is
Raining (Rain ele3 skill).

Recommendation: depends on your preference, you have tons of
good AoEs

If you’d like anything, post in this thread.

How about hail do you know the max hit it can deal per cast to a large monster or is it random per cast?

Edit: replied to you, I can’t get my forum posts right.

Hail compiled info <<Click here

Hail [Ice Magic] [Multi-Hit] [AoE 4x4] [AoE 1x1] [Magic
Circle] [Manual targeter] [Casting]

Press and hold the skill button to start charging and make a
targeter appear. Once finished, your character spins its weapon overhead and
smashes it to the ground. 1s after the action, chunks of ice start dropping in
a 4x4 AoE around your targeter. The duration of the Hail increases per skill
lvl (6s + 1s per skill lvl). You are able to move and perform other actions
after deploying this skill.

Cooldown: 45s

Casting time: 2s

Animation duration: casting time + 1.2s

Animation Cancel: no

Range: 7 popolion
target range.

Damage type: Ice Magic

Direction: all

Amount of targets: Each chunk of ice uses your AoE attack
ratio (wizard base 3 AoE Attack ratio).

Amount of hits: 1 hit
per chunk of ice. 3 chunks of ice drop per second randomly in the area, + 1 chunk of ice every 1.2s. The AoE of each
chunk of ice is 1x1 heal tile.

Bonus elemental and blessing damage procs: once per hit

Attributes: Elementalist2 unlocks Freeze. Freeze attribute
increases the CD of this skill. Turn off this attribute vs bosses since they
are CC:freeze immune.

Hidden effects: it’s easier to hit larger targets due to
their hitbox. Bosses usually receive all hits easily.

Skill Synergies: Hail Freeze + electrocute lightning damage.
Can be captured by rogue, reversed by thaumas and destroyed by Sapper detonate
traps.

Recommendation: MAX

Blood Bath is 13 hits - 1 from initial stab then ticks per 0.4s for a duration of 5s. Total number of hits should be 13.

Blood Sucking - Increases channel time per level 0.5s per level starting from 7.5 at level 1 then 10s at level 5. 0.4s per tick - max number of hits:25 at level 5.

No prob. According to my computation looks like flesh cannon can out dps frost cloud currently. The gap will be wider as soon as necro gets flesh cannon at level 15. Necro needs linker / falconeer for this though.

wiz3thaum2/linker2Necro is the ar2r1scout-fletcher of the wiz tree.

Could you tell me attack rate of bone pointing? Is it still 1 shot per 1.8s or has it been changed. My teams quit so I can’t re-test for this patch.

Np. Let me test it later.

Now I am confused whether I should reevaluate my class choice for my new char. Went Wiz 3 > Link 2 > Necro I am now considering ending up with Necro 2 instead of featherfoot.

Featherfoot expenses < Necro expenses. Featherfoot sustain > necro sustain. Necro will outDPS featherfoot on all enemies, regardless of type though. Both utilize decay to help your archer friends.

What is your goal?

Just to creating efficient non-meta builds. Perhaps I’d still end up as featherfoot c2 then just make my current featherfoot into an enchanter. Necro 3 looks promising though.

Does Snow Rolling works with Rune of Ice ?

Just asking, since its as a “Self-Deployment” skill marked in your list. So it shouldn’t, right?
