i spend real cash to earn this dam silver from buying too many cash shop boxes…
then they go delete silver from my invo that i had prior to the exploit as well as all the silver that was in my chars invo…
also in case they forgot listing items for sale also cost alot of silver…
steal my money somemore why dont you…

all my chars were cleared in inventory … but i had an uneven amoutn in my bank which never happened in the past 3 months … so i suppose they calced the money the chars had and get it together in the bank somehow … not sure how exactly it was done … but its not necessary missing money
screenshots can be easily inspect element and photoshopped. best way is submit ticket and wait.

We can put tickets in all day, it’s more of a concern about what future action is going to be taken, because that affects our decisions to either bother playing the game or not until they fix it.
I’m on the opposite end of the spectrum, I got more silver than I was supposed to–and I’m wondering if people who think they lost silver checked the first character listed on the account, as that’s where all my excess silver was. My team storage was never touched.
The first maintenance was fine, the 2nd one messed up everything. I don’t support a rollback but at this point I think it’s the only viable solution to unfucking whatever they broke even moreso during the second maintenance last night. This mess started around 11 AM Monday morning on Klaipeda, rolling back to midnight Monday morning would be the path of least resistance.
I actually don’t think the playerbase should know what IMC is capable of as far as rolling back or data management–because they can make foolish decisions with that knowledge and attempt to do more harm knowing there’s an expectation of rollback. But in such an extreme case, it may be necessary.
The lack of knowing if I should even bother logging in later is the biggest problem, for me, and I think that’s what’s driving people to just decide to move on.

if u are honest player and did nothing wrong then how about making ticket so they can look at your acc
its not just about yesterday market abuse but some transactions you made before
even when someone is offline for monts his transaction logs are still there
in my case i had few items returned and all silver (about 200mil) untouched
im active player and didnt abuse or overpricing anything
People on this topic are doubting that some people have gained silver from “nowhere”, can you go tell them that this happened to some people?
all prints with silver deposit 2018/10/01 seens illegal xd

I had 78m in my team storage and 4m on my main. Woke up to 210m on my main, team storage untouched. I could post a screenshot but I’m workin.
Basically, 200m was approximately how much silver’s worth of items (legitimately priced, mind you) on the market at the time of the shenanigans.
After the first maintenance yesterday, I had the correct amount of silver, the items which were sold during the hack were “unsold” and in my market retrieve.
After the second maintenance, my items were back up as being sold, but I had all the silver as if they had, on the char which had been selling them.

I have a couple of friends that I know did nothing wrong that received perma banned with no proof or proper explanation, so… what can they do? and also, well done, less players to play with. Dont be surprised by a great exodus to the new canadian game.
