Professor hawkins comes to mind, has an extraordinary amount of INT but not very accurate with his hands so his DEX is basically at base level forever.
It’s a very subjective matter when it comes to what one considers a good amount of INT irl. One can be clinically retarded and be a savent at archery INT broken; DEX MAX but, we’re talking about Tree of Savior so yeah INT still wouldn’t increase accuracy since magic ignores evade; physical def and goes against elemental resistances and then def atk ratings which for TOS I’m going to assume is based on level differences. The formula in TOS are just a more streamlined version of GE’s formulas.
Magic vs RES; Level Differences and mitigations which are not yet known etc etc.
Physical vs Physical DEF, EVA, Block, Level Differences, mitigations specified to physical types. stab; slash; etc, monster sizes; armor types.
There are a lot of factors but, the formulas for them aren’t complicated it’s mostly adding; subtracting; safe to assume %'s are additive seeing as how almost everything else is, there might be a few multiplicatives and they would probably be part of… well actually I don’t think we’ll be seeing these types til later in TOS’s future. Correct me if I’m wrong ty.
