You should watch some of Steparu’s PVP videos as Monk and see how much he destroys everyone. He plays a STR monk, it’s aggressive but also pretty tanky. I think you’d like it. Look them up on youtube. 
Well to be honest, most classes lack any real mobility, and all the strong moves have 40s to 2minute cool downs, so I mean it’s just in keeping with how the game is right now. Things are set to change in the future, i’d imagine cool downs are one of them.
Yeah because he killed mostly low level characters… but in his recent pvp videos elementalist wreck them all with chain light… Yes kamehame is nice skill in pvp but u can easily miss the target… that is the downside of it…
Monk gameplay has been buffed through the roof. Looks very easy to hit targets with ion cannon now since can be charged on the run.

I really want to play a monk, i’m disappointed it’s not fist style combat too, but it’s not really a big deal.
Yeah I feel the same. For me a Monk has always been a class to fist your enemy. g
