indeed its good to aggro mobs. but if you kill quick the mobs before the jolly roger effect ends, pretty much have to lure them trough walking near of them or attacking, of course would be the same for swash buckling, but when i farm with my corsair i use both. jolly roger effect ends, then swash buckling while JR its on CD, and so on.

but i think its matter of preferences though.

Maybe they should make transcendence scale to stats too instead of just the weapon

It’s also because magic can’t miss that’s why full con is a thing. make magic dodgable and blockable then put some stats like “magic accuracy” and “magic penetration” in int or spr. this way they can’t just blindly go full con anymore.

The only reason I play this game since 2015 is because magic damage can not be blocked or dodged. On the day the IMC puts dodge and block on magical damage all cleric and wizards stop playing.
The game is already with few players the IMC struggling to keep those who have and get new, and you with an idea to expel the players of 2 classes.

I’ve given the solution to the Full CON here in the Forum. It is enough that the IMC changes the benefit of STR and INT.
Instead of STR and INT giving fixed values of Patk and Matk, they give% of Patk and Matk. Decreased weapons damage by half and STR and INT would give, for example, 0.2% Patk / Matk. with 500 STR / INT you would gain + 100% damage, and you would get the same current damage, however, it could not be Full CON and take a lot of damage.
So whoever was Full CON would give MUCH less damage than who is Full STR or INT. So whoever would want to give damage must invest in STR or INT.

If you invented something like “magic accuracy” and “magic penetration” the current Full CON would become even more immortal. Neither magic damage would damage them.

You can deal 0 damage, you only need to control the enemies for your teammates to kill.
But anyway, I see no possibility of inventing accuracy and blocking for magical damage without killing two classes and consequently destroying the game for lack of players.

But as the IMC occasionally makes some nonsense that increasingly empties the servers, I do not doubt that they do a crazy thing like that.

I think that STR and INT should increase patk and matk based on level, like 10 STR/INT at lv 10 would increase patk/matk by 10 (1 patk/matk per STR/INT) and 10 STR/INT at level 300 would increase dmg by 40~50 (4~5 patk/matk per STR/INT).
If they increase damage by %, this game would be even more item focused, and that is not something I like. I like when your equips complement your build, not define it.

My current main character is a SPR priest, is there any point to continue playing with it, or should I shove it aside? I don’t want to, really.

Besides, when will this buff/nerf be applied? I read the devblogs, but I’m still uncertain IF or WHEN will these ‘balance’ changes happen, like removing the extra attack from sacrament.

cc skills are different. they could work just like restrain for example, miss or hit the stun effect still procs.
the problem is a full con build that still can kill.

As long as the damage of the game is based on weapons and equipment and not on character attributes like INT and STR Full CON will be able to deal a lot of damage.

Wizards can always be Full CON and kill if they have Thauma in the build.

thauma lose con in order to increase int so i don’t see the problem here.

Me neither! I think it’s great that Thauma can do that. xD
