The only reason I play this game since 2015 is because magic damage can not be blocked or dodged. On the day the IMC puts dodge and block on magical damage all cleric and wizards stop playing.
The game is already with few players the IMC struggling to keep those who have and get new, and you with an idea to expel the players of 2 classes.

I’ve given the solution to the Full CON here in the Forum. It is enough that the IMC changes the benefit of STR and INT.
Instead of STR and INT giving fixed values of Patk and Matk, they give% of Patk and Matk. Decreased weapons damage by half and STR and INT would give, for example, 0.2% Patk / Matk. with 500 STR / INT you would gain + 100% damage, and you would get the same current damage, however, it could not be Full CON and take a lot of damage.
So whoever was Full CON would give MUCH less damage than who is Full STR or INT. So whoever would want to give damage must invest in STR or INT.
If you invented something like “magic accuracy” and “magic penetration” the current Full CON would become even more immortal. Neither magic damage would damage them.
