you can use programs like fraps, or directly in steam options “in-game”
Skyforge only gave me 45fps on maximum settings, but cabal 2 gave me 25 fps (kinda stupid on this one)
Hope ToS is polished well enough, and give me beyond 50+
15fps to 50fps using 256mb vcard and 2gb RAM.
