We need matchmaking with one tank and healer at least!

You do its will make the run faster. You can do it in 15-20 min you can in 40+.

What first dungeon? Im level 170.
You don’t need a tank for any of the dungeons in the game. Seek help.

Did i ofended you in any way?
Or is that what you do when you cant make a point. Point you can pull monsters one by one as dps its just take you 3 time longer and by this time you can do 2 more runs.

Question.

Is it possible to queue up when in a party? Like we’re a duo? Duo queue?

No, u got kicked out of Party (assuming you’re in party) when u click on Automatic Party Finder button.

What are you talking about.
Play this game, 4 DPS can kill any of the mobs before you even require to group them because Dungeon mobs come typically in packs of 3-10. This is especially easy to handle if a Linker just JP’s them and they get blasted by the Archers or mage. The main factor of speed is simply a cleric reducing your downtime between mobs so you’re not sitting there with a bonfire or running away to chug potions because of auto-hit mobs that cannot be evaded, and the use of Safety Zone so that more uptime can be ensured on a boss.

This does not require tanks. Again I’m 170 unless you’re one of the what maybe 6% of the population higher then me, why don’t you play the game and realize a Peltasta isn’t mandated for anything outside of Earth Tower

and because of the population requiring them for auto matchmaking is logistically stupid. If you need one so badly then form a group as logistically speaking it is not practical or realistic to demand that of the matchmaking system with the class system we have.

The matchmaking inside mercenary post is quite s-uck

They don’t care about huge level gap between players , they just pair for anyone searching

so imagine when you are tanker with lv 100 but they pair lv 120+ team mate for you and you have to tank lv 120+ bosses

nightmare mode : all your teammate is non-dps classes

dante must die mode : no healer

I understand the mechanics of the dungeon ā€œmatchingā€ is similar to Neverwinter (because that’s the only MMORPG I played where random matching lives up to its meaning), and the reason it works in that game is because people can bring stacks of items (pots, repair kits) and plan out how to clear the dungeon with few scratches.

I’ve only tried chapel dungeon 3 times (first time today) so my general feedback is that as a cleric/krivis it’s nice to have heal 10 lol

I could imagine if I were playing pure DPS I’d hesitate diving into mobs without a rough estimate of how many pots I’d need to lose :stuck_out_tongue: and the simple fact that the lag/delay in this game disregards the anti-ghosting feature of my keyboard, I wonder how I’ll adjust to that.

so I agree, allow the players to choose which role to take, follow a variation of the trinity if you must, or give an alternative like an npc/interactive item inside the dungeon that allows full recover/repair after every wave. I think clearing a dungeon by the skin of your teeth is not challenging but rather stressful.

Not confirmed, but I believe the criteria loosens after the 1 minute mark in matchmaking. I’ve gotten a couple non-cleric groups just a couple seconds past 1 minute and always a cleric inside of 1 minute.

Interesting… I just completed my 3 daily runs and every time I got in before the 2 minute mark, and I have a fellow healer with me all the time (last party actually has a bokor and a priest). My observation is you get grouped based on your average level; like the 1st time I joined there were two level 70+ (I was 50), later on as I gained levels the gap got narrower :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: just a guess though, I haven’t ran a lot of dungeons
