I hope they just stick with what they have now (korean voice), so they can spend their funds for more important things.

In games such as these I’d prefer Korean or Japanese voices, they feel more natural and I can even understand them a bit too.

I, too, prefer the original Korean voiceovers. I don’t know what it is, but there’s almost always something lost in translation from other languages to English. English voice actors usually fail when it comes to expressing the emotions of the characters. The original voice actors usually convey the feelings in the script much better. This sort of thing happens a lot with anime and video games, and it’s disappointing.
I don’t mind Korean. I like English too.

why not go with PSO2 style and have the voice as customizable as well
That would take a lot of time and money I feel, though it would be pretty cool!
in IMC games granado espada player most often mod the client to have the japanese voices cast over the default english ones. due to better voice casting

^ Same, I’d prefer original voices in KR too but I’m pretty sure by the official International/NA release, the voices will probably be in English.
Yeh…characters screaming skill names is almost as dumb as pokemon calling their names in that terrible excuse of an anime e_e
But if the voices can be muted, that’s one solution I’ll be okay with if nothing else xD
Atleast we don’t hear “Magikarp used Splash!” over and over and “It’s super effective” with loud and energetic shout in the actual game.
For ToS I wouldn’t mind if we got proper English dubs for the Skills shoutout and the “kyas” “hyas” of the characters. 
and/or the option for changing the voices would also be nice. 
If you kept it at korean, people wouldn’t mind.
It’ll sound like magical gibberish to english speakers, which isn’t too bad at all.
I would like everything in elven language, but that’s just me. Maybe Dothraki. : P
However, it may be better to have a lithuanian voice over. Since this is all based off lithuanian lore. : O
