sure it adds a blessing proc? from what i have seen additional damage on gear gets simply worked into the additional procs from sacra/ arde.
there is a list showing the amount of extra procs mages can get in comparison with clerics and from 2 visible attacks onwards it’s all rolled into the damage of those two attacks, so no additional blessing procs

Funny you mention the Cafrisun–I actually just picked up my set last night and it’s fantastic. With Bless and Monstrance, I’m blowing through mobs with just the auto atk. Honestly, this is way more fun than any of the swordsman I’ve played so far! Hah
