well, my personal opinion about this and that publisher is bad is very scarce

because in my opinion every journey will comes to an end,so when it is coming to that way surely all good publisher will looks bad

also regarding a game failing or not it is not because of the publisher lol,and this is also my opinion. from my point of view a game esp online game will long last if we got non-toxic community inside, which is well… i kinda have to say this…indonesian community is far from that

if by anychance we can bring up a good community in game the game itself will be fun to play and will be last long, its not about cash shop pay2win etc…,we all know f2p and p2p player ratio so f2p also need p2p player to suistain the servers,and yet as usual the f2p player like to complain about how p2w a game was or is…in other hand p2w player surely spent something for none other than a different level to the rest of the player so why cant they have it?

so regarding this one publisher id say this is the best we have if its not we still need to accept it lol, but if youre asking me well i still voice because i really like to play english version in english community as well honing my written english ability, so… i guess ill still play in local but when the time is come still joining international if steam not banning people for using VPN because i was so sure it was prohibited by steam, and i dont want losing all my games in steam just because that 1 particular problem

yes actually if you set the cheats attack aside and their passion in releasing latest games it is actually our best publisher in here, but some people just didnt get it how hard they dealing with what player exploiting with minimum support from developer itself, and its not like they can shut down the server for a day or three it will only brew another raging aside from those complaining about cheats in old i mean really old game

aside from it from my point of view this company has been success in term of business wise releasing DN when that time DN is just released on SEA about few months prior,and then Age of Wushu Indonesia is released too by them even years before SEA server started, yes there’s some kind of irresponsible of how on publisher side dealing with the major dupe case which lead to huge loss of player base in span of the weeks, but then again i personally still hoped that they will learn the phrase “saving many sacrificing one” lol

aside from all those i mentioned before in past few years they keep releasing a new game i mean a game that only released few months on its international or sea server… and for this game the news is kinda premature for me but if they manage to release it before even global release its a nice record added to their resume

1 thing i still regret it its that only indonesia can enjoy it, i mean a company with this passion in game and the very least they knew and always keeping track of what a gamer actually trolling or talking about or which game that really “happening” nowadays, i think they shud try to break into SEA region
in which i refer to because in past years SEA hasnt really had a publisher that releasing a brand new game that still hawt at least

so if they can manage to break into SEA market i think they would have a more suistainable server

I’ve just returned from the launching event. :smile:

Aside from the debate about the good or bad of a publisher, Gemscool is the only Indonesia publisher brave enough to bring EOS and TOS this soon. And for that alone I am grateful.

After trying this game, I’d like to say that this game do feel nostalgic. We tried it with an i5 PC with no lag whatsoever, so the spec should be not that high.

I have a feeling that playing this game with joystick could be slightly easier, but you could easily get used with the default control too.

Graphic wise it is a beautiful game, but I really hate the font! Sans-serif font, please! :sweat:

ahaha you lucky, my pc got broken after power outage and i only tried the game for only 5 min lol…
from playing for 5 min, the only things i need is setting for costume key (keybinding) because TOS still doesn’t have that feature yet

The font used isn’t the one used in one of the screenshots in the guide section, amirite? I hope they change that that font to sans serif, like the one used in korean TOS. And I hope the UI doesn’t change to the new one. This one looks way better!

So I came here to report the results of today’s Kim Hakkyu visit to Indonesia.

What do they say about Tree of Savior?

  1. This game has an amazing, outstanding artwork and visual with smooth character animation.
  2. The gameplay is fun because of the active combat system with some hack & slash elements.
  3. Girls can also play this game. The game is easy to understand.
  4. The quests are pretty linear at first, but the developer said it will be changed for more explorations later on.
  5. The musics are simply beautiful, masterpiece.
  6. There were still thousands of bugs in the game.

Interesting facts confirmed :

  1. Templar will be a hidden class that have a special ability for guild founding.
  2. There will be mass PvP in the future.
  3. It was stated that the game will be released early next year (not sure if this is for Korean, International, or Indonesian server).
  4. There will be 80 classes, and 30 of those classes are hidden classes. So it won’t be 20 hidden classes anymore.

I got these informations from my friends that were invited to the event.

no cant really see but ive seen another pic with what looks like 2002 font. I think that was very popular over at the steam font survey. I will wait till I play the game to judge.

IMO, next year is most likely for ToS Indonesian server launching. As for the international and Korean, it should be this year.
