I know a lot of people here will be skepticals when reading this. My account is blocked but I did nothing wrong, and I saw some players with the same problem. I sent a tickt and got this response:

"Hello Savior,

Thank you for contacting us. You are receiving the message because your account has been locked due to suspicious activity within the game. If you feel that this decision is unjust and wish to ask for a re-evaluation of your activity in the logs please submit an email to tossupport@imc.co.kr. Upon receiving an appeal, we will conduct a intesive examination of your logs and unlock your account if it is clear of any violation. Please provide the following details:

1)Team name
2)Server name

We hope for your understanding and patience.

“suspicious activity within the game”. I’m just wandering WT**** is a suspicious activity in this game? The only answer that comes in my mind right now is: BOT! Oh, Lord, I didn’t use any f* bot! I hate theses things! I wouldn’t risk my money to be wasted like this! I will post here the email I sent to support:

  1. Team Name: Asteyr
  2. Server Name: Orsha

I just started to play 6 days ago: one day completing quest with my friend, four days hunting Vubbe Fighter in Crystal Mine (and killing over 1700 Crystal Spiders in order to find Crystal Spider Crystal), and one day I did’t played at all.
I still level 40 with 150k silver. Why the f* have I been baned? I wanna know. I really wanna know. What suspicious activity have I done? Say It to me. It looks like everyone that is “reported for bot” you guys are blocking the account. So, I was competing for Vubbe Fighter respawn zones for four days, What about someone among the other players were just trying to eliminate the competition?
I spent almost all of my money (yes, i’m brazilian and this game is expansive as hell) to play this game, just to get blocked because a suspicious??? Are u f* kidding??? Are you going to unlock my account??? Are you going to make a compensation for this mistake??? And the vip time (token) I’m losing not playing theses days, am I going to receive this back???
I just want to play this game, asap.

Oh, yeah, I just remembered something. I spent about three hours farming Panto Horns at Tenet Garden. There were a lot of BOTs stealing farming there. I really see it right know. You guys are blocking every account that other players have reported. It’s so damm wrong. I payed for this game, I did nothing wrong and I’m not receiving what I payed for. In my country, It’s a crime.

See my account. Tell me if there is any “suspicious activity” about a level 40 150k silver account.

Obs.: If there is anyway to receive my money back, I rather prefer this than playing this game again. I never used cheats. NEVER. I abominate them, because I pay from my own pocket to play these games. I don’t wanna feel my money is not worthing it, just like I’m feeling right now. I rather prefer my money back than playing with the constant fear of another unjustified banishment.

Hope you guys have a solution for this soon. I don’t want to wait for a thing that I paid.
I’m really pissed off!!! I didn’t enjoy the game at all!!! I didn’t have time to enjoy it and when I do have time, when I finally got Vubbe Fighter Blood, my account is blocked. Oh, that’s SO NICE!!! Hope you, guys from support, are reasonable people.

As you can see, there are so many facts proving I’m innocent! I wanna know when support will solve my problem! I spent almost all of my money just to play this! I’m losing my token days because of IMC mistakes, not mines!

I’m posting this here to get visibility! I want at least some words from any supporter! It’s the minimum I’m asking for.
I wanna know if they are really blocking EVERY player that got reported! It’s an absurd to do this!

Well it doesn’t sound like you bought silver.

So i would assume someone mistook you for a bot or you were z afking.

I know how you feel, brother. I’m Brazilian as well and just facing the same issue.

One question, are you using a paid proxy server to connect to the game? (like SemLag or WTFast). It seems for us Brazilians that is being the issue.

I hope they get to solve this fast, as it is extremelly frustrating.

I think they don’t just ban users that got reported, they probably also check their activities and pattern before banning them.

They probably just thought you were a bot since you were farming for hours.

Problaby yes. But if they really see my log files, they will see I was changing my channel every time. I was going from the beggining of the cave to the final, then I was changing my channel and doing the reverse way. So, they will see I was not a bot.

Your story sounds reasonable and it does seem that you were unfairly banned.
Its damn strange tho you would start a game and, instead of lvling up and progressing, spend 80% of your time on your Main farming vubble blood (for what exactly). Not for silver i hope. Is this your way of enjoying a game? o.o

Jesus, man. I’m just a focused player! When I want something, I go there and GET it! And that was what I do! I really wanted Vubber Fighter Gauntlets! So I stayed waked up and playing from 18PM to 6AM for four days consecutively! If they are going to do that, they should increase drop rate! I killed 1700 Crystal Spider and didn’t get any Crystal Spider Crystal! And I’m no t the type of player that gives up! I continuos trying until I get what I want! JESUS! I shouldn’t be blocked! I should receive a f* damm prize! I doubt another player killed so much spiders as me!

The problem is definately on proxy servers. I haven’t farmed nearly as much and got banned out of nowhere.

To any Brazilians, please do noto use SemLag or any other proxy tunnel services until further notice.

Para todos os brasileiros, não utilizem nenhum proxy até que a situação se regularize.

Yes! I like to “grind” items! I really enjoy this! The feeling of getting what I was looking for is so good. I really enjoy this. And now that I got this item, I was “prepared” to go foward, I was just about to continuos completing my quests!

Well, the players who reported you definitely didn’t like seeing you farming. Definitely a hard time for hardcore farmers right now.

Thats not the defense you want to take. That is how bots function they follow a route change channel go in reverse change channel repeat. But good luck.

I have another defense. Why should I leave the Crystal Mine right after dropping my Vubbe Fighter Blood? If I were using bot, I wouldn’t do that, right?
Another defense! I was just killing Crystal Spider and Vubbe Fighter. I almost didn’t kill Vubbe Shaman (comparing with the numbers of Spiders). Of course I killed some of them, because I’m a Peltasta and I was using my AoE skills.

If you have 1700 crystal spider kills and only 3 hundred shaman kills thats a good defense since i dont know if bots can differentiate… unless there is 5x more crystal spiders than shaman.

The number of Spiders and Shamans are almost the same. You can go check this.

Did you even send a ticket for them to re-evaluate your logs? Cause you do know that posting this shi* in the forums isn’t going to do anything for you.

I sent an e-mail, just like the support said to do. Now I just sent another ticket. Got tired of waiting for an answer.
