Yes, it is I live in the UK I got a beta key.
Yes. Only Indonesia, China, Korea and Japan are excluded from the International Beta Test.
hmmmm interesting, still don’t have my key.Maybe next time. Because when I was pressing beta key button = your country is not included in beta test…

You have to give the system some more time since there are few cases where people got their key after 23rd. You can see one right here:

Thats weird I live in UK registered months ago and still no beta key 
I’m from the UK also and having the same problem.
I signed up ages ago but haven’t received a single email on my gmail account.
Hopefully the sort this out as I’ve been waiting so long to play this game.
Yeah all my friends from the community i run www.excessum-gaming.com are already playing and because of that w are separated
Also from the UK and didn’t get a key. Definitely clicked the button, bit disappointed.
I think there was massive amount of people who applied for the key.
So don’t give and cheer up, we will join ToS next test!
