Bug Description : When i press f3 it says "Learning None (Lv.1) … 99 minutes left"
When i go to my class masters it doesn’t show I’m in the middle of learning anything and i can’t learn anything either.
Actually i am pretty sure i payed to learn Multi Shot:Critical Lv.5 before i logged off last night and it’s still level 4.

Started new character since my main one has same problem as listed above, at start it was fine but after finishing quest for the second circle - same problem occurred.
