Unable to enter guild event for certain members

Bug Description :
Everytime an event starts, there’s always 1 or 2 person that’s missing from the event. We had 20 people online for the event, unfortunately 2 of them were kicked off. we’ve restarted clients right before the events but it’s not fixed for them still. Additionally, the box appearing for Accepting or Decline is not appearing as well as shown in the video.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Start Event
2. Head to designated location
3. Random players cannot enter in

Additionally, the box appearing for Accepting or Decline is not appearing as well as shown in the video.

This happened to us as well 2 days ago when starting the mage tower mission, no confirmation box at all, the event just started. Also not all the party members were able to see the warp to the mission even after reloging/switching channels or closing the game, not even the guild leader was able to see the warp.

We suspected it might be a character but at first though, for characters who bugged out in the event, I’d normally advise them to try with another character. At certain times it works
