I just had an idea about this and even if it’s tedious to do, it could be abused in some way.
If you have an attribute on an overcharge skill that increases the CD of a skill but increases the DPS or whatever and you turned it off before you used the last charge on your skill, would the skill still have the +CD timer or would it have the normal CD timer with the attribute turned off?
ie. Fire Ball + Burning Debuff, Heal + Self Heal attribute, Multi Shot + Critical Chance, etc.


The thing with the Overload CD’s is very weird since you have to use all the charges on the skills before the skill actually starts its stated CD. Otherwise you have to wait a longer time to get the charge back.
but it maybe annoyed to toggle the attribute many times.
