I have no idea how it’s possible for you to do math this poorly.
There are (allegedly) 12800 registered accounts. There are 5000 keys. 5000 is ~39% of 12800. You have ~39% chance to get 1 of 5000 keys. There’s no reason to do this “if the other 4999 keys are taken” thing and I have no idea why you insist on it.
Those are some pretty decent odds for a key all things considered, I really hope to get one.

So do we get them now or what? idk when we get those beta Keys… i really cant wait… plus its gonna be my first beta lol
I’m sure quite a few are bots which they might be able to detect & some users have made an account but have not logged in during the period time for the beta keys. So I’m sure the chances are a little higher than 39%.
I hope i don’t get left out, I never really posted since I only read the forums / watch the youtube videos so I don’t have much of a presence here. :C

The 39% is in relation to the numbers give (12800, 5000). The calculations aren’t about taking into account what the numbers MIGHT be. The discussion was about how there’s no reason to look at your odds of getting the first vs. last key and the ridiculousness of the result he came up with.
