They already explained, communication between different hosts in different countries is diddicult because each have their own rules.
IMC had less headeaches when all servers were in North america. But people canāt understand that since they never tried to reach Singapoor host themself to complain about the bad server. Try it guys and find how fun barrier languge is and other stuff.

Usually, you donāt need to communicate with the host. It only happens when the host has a network issue, your server has a hardware faillure or you ā ā ā ā ā ā something.
Not even talking about the fact that theyāre using AWS everywhere and that English support is a thing in IT.
