I saw your comment, and what I realized is that yours they no care with other subjects. With: My game crash when I try entrance in any dungeon my character freeze. But, I send email, message, ticket more donāt there is resolution for my case.

And tos forums is still the same, at this point in time reading people argue about giving compensations about bug actually concerns me. The VGA error is one of the reasons I handed down the game itself, no sane person would be able to qualm their distress when the game has shitload of bugs. Yes the staffs may say that the bugs are known however that simple reply doesnāt solve anything nor answer our concerns since itās the common excuses found in the forum itself. The main purpose of Tuesday maintenance are updates and fixing some bug problems however for goodness IMC, can you just please test the game before handing out a patch? Oh, yeah you had several hours during the maintenance and all we get is a half baked and unfulfilling patch. Even the IMC staff doesnāt recognize other hotfix other than a single day of the week, (oh welp youād gotta have to stuck with that for a week) and after all the inconveniences life goes on. At this point I donāt ā ā ā ā ā ā ā care anymore if IMC gives a good compensation or not, there mere fact that every week features a bug and repetitive tasks does not ignite any interest in the gameplay itself, it maybe a good indication that you should care about the meritocracy and overall fun of the players.
And with regards with @haukinyau1, he may act like a retard at some point ( well he always is ) but he actually makes decent points in the same respect with siete and imcisgreedy. Iām not a hue fan myself however for anyone who white knights the game deserves a spam and hate posts from this nomadic group.

Have you tried the following measures:
Delete TOS folder inside Steam folder and redownload
CLEAN install newest video drivers
last resort, reinstall your OS (lol)

btw i heard some add on can fix the vga crashes
or wait for tmrw emergency maintenance patch.
Ok now I know what that Crystal Mine Unsealing Scroll 1 isā¦it is actually Annotation drop from Corylus but somehow showed up as the scroll. Upon pick it becomes Annotation. It seems this patch messed up some item ID. I think an item drop from Yognome is messed up as well. I think I saw Orb of Nostalgia dropped from a Yognome earlier and i believe I got a Mithril Ore that time. Garnet is showing up as some weird item as well.
Easiest solution

definitely donāt appreciate the lack of professionalism in rolling out those patches/maintenance, but this has been ongoing since game went publicā¦

ITOS is not even the pioneer of TOS.
and yet the amount of bugs is tremendous.
and it takes forever to fix a bug that doesnt impact them dearly.
5 dungeon runs gets fixed instantly
