Thats why there is in WoW a Limitation on how many Gold you can transfer.

Actually i dont see a reason yet to offer Transfers, guess the OP just didnt use the chance to transfer and is now stuck on orsha seeing his friends gonna move to SA.
But i dont see a reason Against it either.
You can set several restrictions, aside from a silver/item wipe, to allow transfers without risk of killing a economy.

Don’t take @PrinceMark too serious, he just has one of his more toxic days…

Also, I mus say I found the system of servers having separated markets quite antique, IMHO all servers should have the same market system. This could easily be done if we had a better BOA-system for equip and loot.

@Blackthunder i think there isn’t yet… see the game just started but they maybe thinking on it for sure. not like im stucked at Orsha i like the server… its just for me too risky to switch to another, i dont know anyone there… that why im staying in Orsha o/
