It seems by letting TP pet being able to equip 2 times the equipment it is becoming p2win.
I knew it, upon seeing tp pets giving exclusive buffs, it was already a small start leading to p2w.
Itâs small, but an advantage still.
but I wouldnât mind if pet eggs are tradable / can be placed on market.

Well i think it pay to win because you have more Walkspeed and you dont need to worry about stamina.

I agree they should let pets be sold on the market. They said something about costumes not long ago, and at least with pets now gaining attributes, it would let F2P players have the same opportunity. Not that I find any current pet attributes grand, Iâd say the biggest thing is just the ability to ride it without an attribute which does help speed the game along in a sense.
You can do this with the free pets. Just stand in place on a lower level map and they do all the killing, though itâs really inefficient.

Currently all pets have some variation of slots, ranging from 0?~1 weapon slots, 0?~2 armour slots for the normal companions, whereas both penguin and battlebird have 2 weapon slots and 2 armour slots. This means that a premium companion grants more benefits to riding classes and hunter, for example, hunterâs rush dog damage is 150% pet atk + 1790 * attribute level, if you weaponless companion hits for 500, your companion with 1 weapon hits 800 and your companion with 2 weapons hits for 1100, which one would you choose? Thatâs just for hunters, riding classes would be able to boost their hp by maybe 1000 or 2000.
Means, penguin and battlebird are a better option.

Is there a list of equips that the pet can equip?
Cause I know my velheider pet canât take anything in his 6 equipment slots. Even throwing a L40 weap on my 190 pet would make him look more useful.
The main reason I made a cata was to make use of my useless pet Q.Q. I get a 2.1k hp bonus!
If only the TP companions can wear weaps and shields, all I can say isâŚIMC YOU TP SELLING ##
Hey lucky you, I didnât redeem my Hoglan on time and now seems like I canât redeem it anymore. Npc doesnât show the option to give the ticket and itâs been a known issue for months -.-
Iâd give my pet items that boost either evasion or physical defense. Getting 500 extra hp from the pet wonât make a difference (for riding classes)
I had no clue how that worked, I thought it was going to be specific equipment for pets released in the future. Definitely an unfair advantage. They should release it to be bought through the market as well, but ideally they never would have added that in the first place.
I love people who use pets in pvp. Makes them easier to link and kill.

@Bramia 25% of the petâs total evasion, if you can raise it to like a thousand, then it would be a nice boost.
As far as I know you can equip anything, in the image I linked before its using two handed swords, in a video I saw he equipped 1 2h bow. Currently in IToS we canât equip anything to our pets, this is an update that hit KToS not so long ago.
