Had some problem too but he edited his post saying he had to wait 15+ mins after he bought the dlcs to appear in his steam inventory.
Can you guys go back to steam region pricing? Iām pretty sure steam knows their market, playing NA from Mexico is painful because now the 900 TP bundle costs as much as 3-4 or maybe 5 AAA titles.
Let steam manage the pricing, they know better. Removing the region pricing was just moronic in my honest opinion

I had a friend who had to do this to resolve a bug from an addon, maybe it will help ? Sorry, I donāt have better solution.
