i got tp bundle probalem
cant take out tp from the box. button “use” not work
its still there in the box…cant take it out
pls fix this asap

Are you still having problems re-activating the TP bundle from the TP interface? It should be okay now, but please let me know if there are issues.
Is still the same, even I hit numerous time USE button also no respond at all. Even I already waited for it to respond for an hour, still none of them work.
Erm, suddenly I retried the 10th time, finally it worked. 
No idea what happened anyway…

Hello ethan i have had this issue twice, and today around 12 hours ago the most recent problem, i purchased 4 packs this week only 1 of which worked right away, a 100tp pack had to be fixed and i have a ticket waiting for another 2x 900 tp packs waiting.
Can u please look into this its VERY frustrating waiting upto 3 days the length of the last ticket to get something im paying hundreds of $ US for.
Could you please let me know if the problem is persisting after today’s temporary maintenance?
