I’m not such an old RO player, I started around 2013(…?), so guess I’ve missed “the whole magic” that people have been talking about every time. However, I’m still playing it and a strong reason would be the BGM list.

A few of them have always been in my heart:
Al De Baran or Studio A’s version would be suitable to Klaipeda (maybe Fedimian)
Izlude during Winter for Orsha (during an X-mas event or so)
Einbroch I don’t know where to put this one, but I loved it… I need help
Comodo Same as above xD
Lutie I’m expecting a special map only for Santa coming soon… Seriously xD (it would work for Fedimian during an X-mas event too, I guess…)
WoE (probably…? I never joined, but I remember this playing while I was sneaking inside castles lol) for any dungeon instance (because it gives spreads that teamwork feeling for me lol)
Prontera Field - West/East Siauliai Woods
Juno I forgot where… lol. I might remember later xD
Geffen during Winter(as I remember…) for Klaipeda (during X-mas event or so… Come on, make it a happy town…)
Xenoblade No.EX 1 (yeah, not one of RO’s soundtracks) for Lv100 Siauliai Mission

These are my personal opinions based only on a small part of RO’s OST (except the last one). However, I wouldn’t replace a few towns’ themes, but might alternate them when events are in progress (yeah, X-mas lol), I guess.

Most of my bgm in TOS, they are from xenoblade osts haha, hmm, around 10 musics…

Yea…just waiting for xmass in tos…gonna put that xmass ro theme…silver bells from alde/izlude and white xmass from lutie…just brings back nostalgic memories😙

However, RO’s not the only game with wonderful soundtracks. Below are a few from other games that I played and enjoyed listening to:

NosTale:
Maple Woods for Tenet Church (I never liked the current theme of the church…)
Time-Space Stone for Team Battle League (however, I like the current one too)

Mabinogi:
Piano theme for Guild Hideout (or basically any calm map)
Succubus Queen for Nevellet Quarry
Dreamy remix for a calm and peaceful Halloween event?
Zebach for another boss theme lol
Nuadha for the same reason
Elatha, personally I’d replace Tenet Garden’s techno BGM (just that one) with this one. I think it suits more.
Disciple for Mage Tower
Ending theme or Milfuelle’s version for Klaipeda. Now, if I think better, I’d love listening to this in Klaipeda. Or if you prefer a town full of life, then Belvast might work.
Also, personally, I’d use this for the Mercenary post lol

Battle of the Immortals
Main theme as GvG BGM
Athens for Gateway of the Great King / Ramtis Ridge
This one, Zodiac, is my favourite theme, however I cannot find a suitable place for it, because of its versatility. I don’t know, gotta think more and more lol

Pretty nice, considering the fact that there might be more than one song which you want to add or for those who can’t choose just one song.

I prefer that for a town or village. In Alemeth feels out of place.

The payon bgm for me fits orsha…orsha has payon feel to it…surrounded by trees and all…:kissing_smiling_eyes:

Lol, so just because there’s trees then it feels like Payon? :stuck_out_tongue: Payon is a village in the middle of the woods. Orsha isn’t that… It’s a city of commerce with a noble family ruling it. xD But hey, OK…

Orsha does not have a Payon feel at all, but Payon’s BGM matches Orsha better than its own BGM…
