For as much as Jace is an idiot a lot of times, no one can claim he gets carried by his guild. He creates his own party, sure he may have been getting carried for a long time by his friends, but he did finally reach chrono 3. In the beginning his linker 3 build actually did something to help at dullahan, but at this point it doesnt.
Even before he finished chrono 3, the guy is literally a walking spreadsheet for boss timers, he puts a lot of dedication in and provides plenty to the groups he creates.
Kirito on the other hand rerolled off fletcher after RMTing his magic arrow wasn’t enough. Sadly he rerolled into an obsolete world bossing build (outside of dullhan), the diev doctor. He does indeed get carried by his guild.

Back to topic: I play in Orsha, haven’t noticed many socially relevant people around. Some nice folks that pick up conversations and some Trump’s wall conversations, usually started by latinos to bait other latinos.
