I think maybe you should, when you pay for a service and is not delivered most normal people ask for their money back, when they get that they move on. When people deliberately keep complaining about issues with a service they have been given the option to get a refund from is just plain entitlement to the idea they should get what they want on their terms. I know the concept is hard for you to understand, but that pretty much the black and white of it.
See the problem with what you just said is you using your opinion to dictate what a word means, a word is a fact, not an opinion.
