only way I can think of is to buy 450 tp and do an almost instantaneous switch 1 name to an unwanted name and rename the other 2 one after the other

Switch “Top Player” with “any player” and you’ll get it.

there is a tricky question about team transfers if/when they are offered: what would happen if i have a team on one server and another team on another and want to transfer team1 to server2? What will happen to team2 on server2?
A LOT of people are having issues with the team name. The global thing is causing a big mess because Orsha was up quite a bit before Klaipedia and people got confused. They should offer a free team name change on both servers for like a day or something.

Oh, no, wait a second. That’s not how it actually works at all because WE NINJA CHANGED HOW ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF A FREE TO PLAY GAME WORKS HOURS BEFORE LAUNCH. Thanks guys. Thanks so much. You obviously don’t just wake up and decide to change something like this the day of your launch of a major MMORPG, and yet you didn’t even have time to change the FAQ about it. NOICE.
On contrary, I think they didnt/forgot to update FAQ to accommodate changes about team names being unique globally.
Its a very simple fix: change the fee for a name change to 0 TP for tomorrow and tomorrow only. Should fix everyone’s problems and won’t be abusable.
Or, well, I guess today since its early morning in the USA.

Except that announcement has been out for couple of days already. Talk about “ninja change”.
WTF with this team names , i dont even know what the “Team Names” it is , because dont play earlier , and i set to team name my password , and now i need 150 tp for change it ? WTF!? really , in begin they say what i can change it later , and 150tp , pff , give us free change on few days , imc , do this pls
Then they had more than enough time to adjust the FAQ to reflect that. I don’t expect something like this to be changed at all, especially so close to launch. I’m not the type of person that feels compelled to bury my head in every patch note release to explore balance changes, tweaks, etc.
When I go to their official FAQ on their site and read “IDENTICAL TEAM NAMES ARE ALLOWED ONLY IF EACH TEAM IS ON A DIFFERENT SERVER.”, I expect for identical team names to be allowed only if each team is on a different server.
I feel like one of the main points of gaining early access to a game, especially a soon to be free to play game, is early name choice. I don’t understand why out of all things, they decide to change something like that at the last moment. That has to probably be one of the worst things to change so close to launch.

In addition, there’s probably been a ton of people to take team names on both servers out of the confusion. I’m really not impressed so far with how they stumble from one incident to another. I appreciate their communication on some fronts, but c’mon.
No kidding, my GF nearly broke down due to someone stealing her wanted team name! She got a decent one in the end, but hell, she really got obsessed over her name.
Btw, I already read from the “unique” thing mentioned in the announcement that IMC needs to use one single"character server" or database for all worlds and upcoming worlds to make sure the servertransfers in the future are easily executable. Back in the CBT we got a characterserver for each gameserver (or something like that).
That means, in the upcoming free access phase in april, people will get forced to take the xxxdarkangelkiritoxx names, since everything else is taken already
