is the RAIN from elementalist effective in pvp? the slow effect? how was it?
Pain Barrier pretty effectively negates slow from rain, but if you land it on stunned (lifted, chained, magneted etc…) group and than follow with lightning its pretty much wipe for any non con character

I do get to land a lot of blows, but not for the purpose of dealing damage. I’ve broken armor, knocked people down and silenced them with langort. I don’t /get/ the feeling like I’m helping tho? Cause as I’ve said, I don’t land any damage, but perhaps causing those effects is more useful that I give credit for. If anything, arrest is super fun! People hate it so much, haha. This one time I arrested a cleric and my monk partner obliterated them with Energy Blast. I block almost every physical attack, magic wrecks me, tho it takes a bit of time to (even wearing plate).
Sometimes I eat up enemy heal tiles for funsies.

umm there has always been a Full Con tanker in pvp, sw 3 cata 3 and Sw3/Rod2 full cons, because retrain does not miss or blocked even if the attack itself is dodged or blocked so there’s that.
but is it a reliable cc like cata’s rush restrain tho

I was excited, prepping everything at the 3 second time… I’m ready to own!.. summoned everything and buffing up… went out with determination… a wild wugushi appeared… hit me twice and left me… I died a horrible death…
This happened yesterday. I went to bed shortly after laughing for a good five minutes.

And I guess since everything is cancer nowadays, you not knowing that these skills exist is cancer too.
The rewards are important but it isn’t polished enough, there wasn’t enough internal testing or design thought put in.
