As I cannot access this poll due to our honorable google overlords predivining my choices, I will vote here.

They’re fine.
I’m a casual gamer.

Afaik you don’t have to log in to the forums. Just the main page to be able to join the beta key thing. Not sure though.

OT: I think the exp rate is okay. probably could use a little more. But not really that much. Like 1.5x. Not as much as what other people want. Lol.

Too soon I think.

Maybe I am being biased but it seems like in the first few days of the beta, there are more people who favor not grinding* on the forum (since they got tired of the grind and more likely to visit the forum), after the CBT ended there comes more people who favor grinding and many of the people who didn’t like grinding are already tired of arguing for days and left (can see that some of them like Fate didn’t active in the recent days). So I think it needs to stay quite longer to make it fair.

(*) Not favor grinding only mean for the early game, not the whole game.

Now now, we’ve little reason for hostility.

I am in agreement with most of your points in this post but that’s why I think you should avoid using hostile words like “nolife” at least in this thread and I hope the other side will do the same.

Some time I am not too much against somebody’s opinions than their choose of words. Degrading / mocking / hostile words from those who don’t share the same views as me make me feel so hard to keep silent even if I am fine with their views to some extend.

Don’t misunderstand me. To be honest, someone tries to burn me with a match and I would try to throw them into a forest then burn all the woods. But I think it’s time to spare the staffs from all the headache and make some room for them to find a good way in handling this. Time for us to have some rest too.

Rates are fine, you could reach the feared grind wall literally in a couple of hours, if anything they have to improve the content in those 15-20 levels before lv46 so the grind goes faster, be it more lv3 exp cards or better exp scaling (not to mention more gear at lv30 perhaps?)

Now at 88 votes.
I will try to hold this back for as long as sensibly possible. (for me)

Do players think the game is released or something???..Everyone needs to chill out on this EXP topic. Are people forgetting this is our first beta. I can tell you exp rates will most likely be WAYYYYY different come release and also many other things…Nothing is set in stone for betas they probably raised exp rates just for testing purposes.

This isn’t anything new.
If you’d like to help, perhaps bring a cheerful and peaceful attitude. T:
More explanations will do little, what we need now is distractions.

Rates are good as is they are not “harsh”. It might take 2 months to hit max with the current rates depending on the exp graph increases beyond 100 but all that means nothing with out comparison to how much monster xp increases. Mind you my estimate is based on casual with weekend play not a lifeless grind number. Despite the amount complaints about walls at some of the low lvls like 2x and 4x i found those sections just as easy. So all and all i believe its fine as is.

However i cannot see the poll so my vote will go unaccounted sadly.

Because the other threads have already been a mess, I wouldn’t care about us continue arguing there whatever way we already have been on. But in this thread, others seem to have made some effort in avoiding that and OP already stated his point on this, it’s better to not try pushing. Also in case if the staffs read our posts, they will more likely to consider us higher if we focus more on our points than our emotions. This still is somewhat a clean thread so this is for our favor. It’s for us, not for them.

Funny thread  i have vote

I never grouped casual/normal/hardcore by hours played.

To me:

Casual - Playing for fun. Does simple/fun tasks to enjoy the game. No min/maxing the character. Usually a completionist, collecting pets/vanity items/achievements.

Normal - Everything a casual player does, but also tries to progress character to see harder content without going extreme.

Hardcore - Everything a casual and normal player does, but min/maxes their characters stats/gear/skills to coordinate and synergize with other hardcore players to see maximum end game content, going for hard/impossible Titles, Ranks, or Boss Kills.
