Yeah the same thing happened to me. All circles at ch7 are working and the rest of the channels had that bug, You have to check the other 20 channel for you to finish the quest. =))

I did it!
I waited until 5 AM server time, joined ch 8, joined a party with as many pol trying to do it as possible and we all did it
actually in the cbt it worked for me after like 3 weeks lol
didnât get to it now yet
but i was hoping it wasnât a bug in eu server tho

Yup, still a bug. Works sometimes when changing channel.
Tip for this quest. When you find one working circle (after swaping 10 k times chanels) stay there and wait till next one respawn, that one will work (for me 100 %). Repeat till 8

I find the circle that work in SEA sever. You guys go to Channel 2, go to the left and find this circle (The circle next to me), and this is the only circle that worked.

Itâs now 2016 and this single effin bug hasnât been fixed. effin greedy people:rage:
it worked for me, tho it was weird. I could only find 1 circle that worked and had to always wait for it to resp
I have tested it. The only portals that you can scribble on are the portals that are in the center row. I am in Channel 6 on Klaipedia if that effects my results.
The left portal worked for me once in channel 8, but in other channels neither of the side portals worked. This is in the area the quest suggests you scribble by the way (i think).
