Iirc, the market asks and confirms whether you want to pay that auction fee before you’re able to place the item(s) on sale. You had to click ‘ok’ twice so there’s no one else to blame if you didn’t bother to read 
So you ■■■■■■ up and posted something at a too high price which resulted in a “too high” market transaction fee.
Why should anybody replace that silver? You won’t get that silver back. Take it as a high price for this valuable lesson and get over it.
