It occurs on all maps except for instanced dungeons regardless of the time of the day, which has been affecting our gameplay experience in Challenge Mode and prevented us from enjoying the +1000 Looting Chance event during this weekend. It’s more frequent on the channel 1 of all maps, specially city maps, Sausys Room 9 and Nazarene Tower (HG340). Meanwhile, instanced maps such as Velcoffer Nest, instanced dungeons, Mercenary Post missions and Saalus Convent missions are free from the freezing issues.
Our ping is unstable and a bit higher (80~180ms here), but the issue we’re complaining about isn’t the latency, but the server stopping responding out of nowhere for 15 seconds to more than one minute while the chat keeps working.
